Christmas and stuff...
Thanks for showing up for all of you who visited me and Mahoney when we had our informal art gathering this week. It was a surprisingly smashing success as there happened to be a second event at the same time and suddenly the place was just packed. It was a bit hard to have a good conversation towards the end but it sure made our art look very very popular ;)
The show will be at Cafe Pomegranate till the end of the year, at the same, usual opening hours.
I'll take that opportunity to wish you all happy holidays and a happy new year!
Reception / Gathering at Cafe Pomegranate next Tuesday - UPDATE
There is an important change of plans for the informal reception at Cafe Pomegranate next Tuesday! It turns out that the current week is actually the last week of classes at SJSU (I thought it was a week later). Therefore there won't be any student galleries open on that day and that means that we also cannot do a gallery crawl. All other plans stay the same. Sorry about that :(
Informal reception & Gallery Crawl next Tuesday
This is an update and a correction to the previous post: There will be just a very informal reception for "Grids". The reason is timing and planning issues, unfortunately.
"Grids" will show till the end of the month. But the informal reception is next Tuesday, that is Tuesday December 11th, from 5:30pm till 7pm approximately. I know this is a bit early but the cafe closes then and unfortunately they cannot stay open later for us.
However, if you didn't get your fill of art by that point I'd like to invite you to join me on a little gallery crawl acrolls SJSU, just across the street! Every Tuesday there are the student shows at the Art Department, just a few minute's walk away. So, after Pomegranate closes, just join me for a little gallery crawl!
